how we respond
We provide a range of service levels for maintenance to suit our clients’ requirements from the one-off visit to a 5 yearly maintenance service agreement. Following client instruction Jupiter Facilities Management will undertake a site survey and within 60 days and provide a report detailing the condition of the systems or equipment to be included in the Service Contract agreement. The report will provide the client an excellent understanding of the condition of their equipment and provide guidance on any non-conformance with current regulations.
Typical service levels range from Fully comprehensive to non contract cover, we provide service level agreements that can be tailored to customers both large and small.

At Jupiter Facilities Management we welcome any legislation that puts people and safety high on the agenda.
All Jupiter Facilities Management processes and personnel are compliant with current legislative requirements. Where our engineers are required to work within a speciality sector, for example heating, you can rest assured that the engineer will hold the appropriate accreditation issued by the relevant specialist regulator. We don’t take chances or cut corners.

This unique software package designed for Jupiter Facilities Management Limited, which not only manages the day to day workflow but ensures that all tasks are completed with the appropriate documentation. All documentation is scanned into our database prior to being signed off as completed; this ensures that nothing is overlooked.
An additional advantage of this technology and our commitment to our clients is that this information can be accessed via our website. Clients with maintenance service contracts are issued at the start of the contract with a password together with a pin of their own choosing. This provides our clients with valuable information just a few clicks away.
